ADIDAS, Not what we would call the prettiest dog in the bunch - but love her all the same. Her work ethic has cemented her spot on this year's team.

BRAEBURN, Not one to want to stop for a long break (unless it includes a good snack!), Braeburn is always ready to go.

CALL, Is a wild man! He loves attention and isn't shy about anything - Jeff was very impressed with his rookie run in 2007.

CHARLES, Big, goofy and loveable, this will be his second trip to Nome. He's an exceptionally hard worker that won't stop pulling until he gets to the burled arch!

CLAIRE, Claire is the daughter of Golden Harness leader Jenna and carries the torch for her famous mother. She has a fast trot and a tireless attitude.

DEETS, Deets sat out the 2007 race due to an injury, but he will be a great addition to this year's team. Look for him barreling down the trail with his brother Call. (They're both part of the "Lonesome Dove" litter.)

DUBLIN, Dublin is one of the two dogs that will represent the "irish" litter in this year's race. His work ethic is unmatched.

GUINESS, Just like the beer "My Goodness, My Guiness". Nuff said. (And she's a girl!)

KLARNEY, Not one that likes to go slow, she'll scream at you (literally) when the speed is not fast enough for her. She was the MVP of last year's Iditarod puppy team. JJ will be glad she made the cut for Jeff's team this year.

LOBBEN, Jeff says he makes running look easy. Lobben is a high energy dog that always wants to go! The crew has voted him the dog with the biggest ears.

MAVERICK, Just like the character in Jeff's favorite movie, "Top Gun", Maverick is the man. He feels the need, the need - for speed!

NIKE, Dubbed the "best howler" by the crew - like his brother Lobben he is a high energy dog that makes a long run look like he's out for a stroll in the park.

ROSS, Ross is the sole member of the "Friends" litter to make Jeff's team this year. Always happy, and a handler favorite, this guy was another star from last year's Iditarod puppy team.

SOLOMON, Solomon is the biggest dog in the team and loved by everyone. He just likes to EAT - anything that's put in front of him, oh - he likes to run too.

SUSSEX, Sussex was on this year's Kuskokwim 300 team - so you know that when the going gets tough, Sussex gets going. He is a brother to teammate Charles.

UCONN: "Grrrrr"... he means it lovingly of course. He's the most observant one on the team, and brother to fellow "University" littermate Berkeley. He'll be sure to spend a lot of time leading the team.

BRONTE, Bronte is our cheerleader! She's a happy girl who is always barking - before, during and after a run.

DICKENS, Dickens is from the "great authors" litter and pure sweetness. Jeff even has a special call for her - if you hear it, you'll know...

ANGUS, Jet black & built for speed. Angus is representing the "cow" litter. He's an Iditarod veteran with 4 races under his collar.

BERKELEY, Jeff has described Berkeley as a dog on cat-nip! Now a seasoned leader, she will be a great addition to this year's team.

RUMBA, Rumba is a 5-time Iditarod veteran, and even made it to Nome with our daughter Cali. Rumba is part of the " dances" litter and loves to lead.
